With the new Outlook for Mac, we have reimagined the experience that you know and love, bringing even more power and simplicity to the product. Today, we are excited to announce that the new Outlook for Mac will be available to all of our users in mid-October via a toggle that enables you to preview the new experience (1). We listened to your feedback and have continued to deliver updates with both familiar features and additional capabilities. Since then, we have been hard at work enhancing the experience, and have developed a product that is designed for you. Comments and assignments cannot be restored after that.A year ago, we introduced a preview of the new Outlook for Mac to our Insiders. By removing the account from Spark, the owner revokes access from team members and changes the account type to Private. The account owner can remove the account, but can not quit it. The account owner can always add them back. Once they quit the account, they lose access to its inbox and its shared information. Team members (except the owner) with access to the Shared account can remove it by quitting it. After that, you can add it to Spark again - now, as a Private. If you see the Remove Shared Account button (this means that you added your account to Spark as Shared), tapping the button will remove your account from Spark.If you see the Revoke Team Access button (this means your private account had been already added to Spark when you turned it to Shared), tap the button to make your account Private again.Select your Shared Account and look at the big red button at the bottom.It will be moved to the Done folder in the sidebar. Tap the Done button on the bottom toolbar to show you have finished this email. This means that all labels created on the web page of Gmail or in its app will appear in Spark, and all labels created in Spark will appear on the Gmail web page and in its app (if you are logged in with the same account). Starting Spark 2.10.12, Spark syncs labels from your Gmail account and vice versa. Tip: You can change the position of the Assigned to me folder in Spark Settings > Personalization section > Appearance -> Assigned to me Position. Check status and deadlines for emails assigned to your teammates in the Assigned to Others folder. Messages assigned to you will be shown in the Assigned to me folder. Start typing the name or email of a teammate you want to assign an email to, or tap Assign to Me to show your team you’ll be handling it. To assign an email to a teammate or yourself to show who is responsible for it, tap Assign at the top.
